3 dies: l'Ebre fins al mar

The descent of the Ebro River to the sea is a canoe route of just over 100 km, designed as a three-day outdoor adventure in the heart of nature: from Ascó to the Mediterranean Sea (with a tent). Disconnect for a few days and experience a true adventure you will always remember.

The three-day descent of the Ebro to the sea is a fun and rewarding challenge where you will test your endurance, energy management, and adventurous spirit aboard a canoe. All of this takes place in the natural surroundings of a riverside forest at its finest, immersed in the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the Ebro River. It’s an adventure you can share with your partner, family, or friends, and tailor to your needs.

This route includes: equipment + transport to the starting point + pick-up at the end point + assistance in case of incidents.

Stages (104 km)

Stage 1: from Ascó to Benifallet (38 km):
We recommend taking rest stops when passing through Móra (15 km from the start) and Miravet (27 km from the start).

Stage 2: from Benifallet to Tortosa – Illa dels Bous (30 km):
We recommend taking rest stops when passing through Xerta (12 km from the start) and Tortosa (25 km from the start).

Stage 3: from Tortosa – Illa dels Bous to Riumar (36 km):
We recommend taking rest stops when passing through Amposta (10 km from the start) and Deltebre or Sant Jaume d’Enveja (23 km from the start).

It may be necessary to start early, as this section can be affected by the garbí wind or sea breeze from midday during the summer months.

Logistics programme:
The meeting point is the town of Benifallet, where you can leave your car parked for the three days. Beniemocions will take care of transporting people, kayaks, and all necessary equipment to the starting point of the first stage: Ascó. As the first stage ends in Benifallet, clients return and spend the night where their vehicle is parked, allowing them to travel relatively light during this first stage. At the end of the final day, clients call us and share their location so we can pick them up and take them back to Benifallet, where their vehicles are parked.
